Mary Jo joined us with an outstanding, 20-year track record as an independent human resources consultant for Lynch Ryan & Associates and a senior training specialist for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. She has coached executives in communication and leadership skills, motivating people, and human resource management.
In the human resource area, Mary Jo has worked with supervisors and managers on hiring, performance reviews, legal issues, and more. And in customer service, she has designed and delivered numerous customer service training programs, for both front-line and unit managers.
Mary Jo has consulted to many Fortune 500 companies ranging across healthcare, retail, manufacturing and financial services. Her clients have included Prudential Insurance, Massachusetts General Hospital, Travelers Insurance, Polaroid, John Hancock and Starter Corporation. Mary Jo earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human resources management and her MBA with a focus on human resources management from Bentley College.
